Thanks Paul, I used freud industrial router bit set item#97-226 (3 pc Ogee raised bit set) it's a common set freud sells for around $160.oo, they do a nice job "no burn marks" the 2-3/4" ogee raised panel bit #99-513 has 2 shapers and 2 cuters rather than just the 2 shapers which I like. for the Rails i had to make a sled of coures so i used a 1/4" plywood pc 10"x9" and a pc of 3/4" plywood 4x9" with a togle clamp bolted up through the bottom of the 3/4". this sled worked really good, making the Rails really fast.
for the edges I used a 1/4" beading bit from freud as well
