I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

You know, I looked around & I can't find the plans I drew. I started off by going to the local big box & getting a sheet of 4' X8" plywood cut into two 2' X 8' pieces. I got good one side plywood, but sometimes during the constrution I though I should have gotten good two sides. It's your choice. I measured the storage bins we had & left another couple of inches on the sides & top. The storage bins we have are 76 litres (I think about 20 gallons). Each square section is about 20" wide & 17.5" high. The side panels & centre divider are about 54" tall. The top & bottom pieces are about 42" across. I wasn't sure whether or not to have the shelves run all the way across or have the centre stile run full hight. I ended up running the centre stile run all the way up the middle & when I made the face frame I had the horizontal pieces run all the way across. I couldn't get a Kreg 90 degree clamp so I bought an Irwin 90 degree angle clamp. It made clamping everything go smoothly. The only other suggestion I can give is to use lots of glue when assmenbling everything & make glue fillets in the joints once everything is assembled. If you have any other questions, let me know.
