That's correct Jason ,but I advise you too try it on a couple of scrap pieces first so you can fine tune it .
Hi Jason a simple joint that is quick and easy to make ,is a half lap joint.Good and strong lots of glueing area, and only need a handsaw or circular saw too make .Also once glued up you can add some screws or lag bolts . Hope this helps.
