Hello there Cynthia, good morning to you, well I would contact as I have tried the Customer service team at Kreg, but for what ever reason when I enter either my land line or cell phone number it comes up as invalid and when I try to send the email it will not go due to this. Seems if you live in America its no problem, me I live in the Philippines. Anyway will try to find away as I did once contact the technical team via email but forgot how I got there. The main issue with this rip-cut when I set up the blade to be close to the Edge guide, with the Indexing stop in place it leaves a gap from the blade to the edge guide of about 4mm and the Cursor is just about hanging on in place. With the Indexing stop removed then I can line things up. Will keep you advised on what happens next. Cannot do much today or tomorrow as have to be out the house. Bye for now, enjoy your day there. ken

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
