Hi Cheryl Coleman, I had a picture and that was it. I made it up as I went along. The base is 85cm of the ground so as the desk was the right height. There is a 4 cm clearance to slide desk and bookcase under. They are both on concealed wheels so they look like they are sitting on the floor. The desk has photography matting and then clear Perspex on top so my grandson can put pics and artwork on display under Perspex, it also protects the wood surface. It takes a standard single bed mattress.
Cindy, I really like this...did you use any plans or did you just wing it? Has a nice low profile and something like this would be quite nice for my 7 year old grandson.
