Comment by Brian Smith on November 19, 2011 at 8:34am: Hey Sue, I set my dimensions to obtain a near zero drop from a 4'x8' sheet of Birch plywood. Nominally all sides are around 23" +/- I tried several "stay open" hinges and ended up with the ones from Woodcraft as they were the hardest ones to close and the last thing we need is a lid of 3/4" plywoood coming down on a child unexpected. Funny as I dont believe they have put a toy in them yet as the are to cool as a hide out. Have fun and Thanks.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
