Bullseye Box

Hey everyone, my dad would like to have a box built to hold pistols known as a "bullseye box", but I cannot find any plans for this type of box. I have found a few pictures, but nothing with dimensions to go off of if anyone has any plans or a box they can measure I would really appreciate the information.
