Kreg Owners' Community

I'm french, so please, be indulgent with my english. I'm not really fluent.

I wanted to share with this community the link on a Kreg user that have improved the pocket hole drilling with just few scraps of melamine, some screws and a spring (from a cheap plastic clamp).
Take a look at his greats videos which explains how to build a mecanism that will definitively improve your Kreg K3 experience.

I'm not WOODENTOOLCOMPANY, just a KREG user that frequently take a look at his very interesting videos.

Hope that can help someone here!

Have a good day

Hi Ray,

I know that this guy have done a similar thing with a kreg K4 or any similar pocket hole jig with a back clamp.

Take a look at these videos.

I must say, that is really creative! Don't know if I'd ever be drilling THAT many holes, but I like the idea!!
thats a good idea if you have alot of holes to drill.
I think that this guy have done these jig to improve its job and do it faster.

He builds kitchen cabinets all with pocket hole joinery and because of the use of melamine, he does a lot of pocket holes.

I think that he is very inventive and, only, with few cheap things. I think that I will take some inspiration of its job!
Hi all,

I've found a new video on youtube, still done by woodentool, that explains how to clamp on the kreg K4 with a foot. Take a look at it's video that is very explicit.

I'm in the process of buiding jig to fix problem with my k4.  I'll post pictures next week just got the hardware.

Most parts cut out today making a few changes to his design not mounting to the floor.

Cant wait to see some pics.  Why do you want to change the design?

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
