That's clever, Jens! I think it will be possible to make some very nice plugs that way. You could sand them prior to removing them.

To make it easy then that use a band saw with a multi plug jig cutting them off all at once with your band saw and a resaw fence. Great idea Jen I'm just adding to it. I like saving money and using plugs for my pocket holes.

HAHAH Don't no what to say about popcorn but the money you save by doing your own plugs will by you precooked popcorn ,Do as I say not as I do make sure you clamp your Kreg table down like I did not do,
