Well I was able to complete my second piece of my office suite last weekend. My hutch came out pretty decent and matches the desk nicely. All of it was built using standard pine lumber from the box stores. Like the desk I ripped the the 2x4s in order to have more wood for less cost and also be less chunky. All the joints are made with Kreg pocket holes.

I am now moving on to my bookcases which will be quite a similair design, also have some pieces for my wife's new sewing room to work on. Post more soon.
