What's one interesting fact about you, your life, your garage, shop, or home?
Me: I live in Brisbane
My Life: I am still alive!
My shop: Its interesting to say the least, its the driveway !
All my machines and tools are stored around the garage each side of the car an bikes and come out weather permitting onto the concrete drive way to work
My Home: its The Castle! but I don't have enough land for a decent workshop, meaning it needs to be at least 2x car garage sizes meaning I am retired and have no money for that anyway!

Hi Robert, i also live in Brisbane, but the jig is going back. I like the idea not the calculations nor the reality that an Australian Company can accept that a small American company will not ship appropriate equipment to the rest of the world...America and Libya use gallons! Amazons will not ship this equipment to Australia, perhaps they understand what a disgruntled customer means to their business.

Hi Robert, Yes it needs to be controled and realizing that everyone has their opinion and right to express it but on the same token making good judgement must consider the consequence that it puts others in.  Good judgement is where a person considers their actions and determines if it is apporiate for all concerned where it be in action and or words, some things such as words and expressions, that may be objectional to some.  They should be kept in private either in private conversations and not make it known to all who it is exposed to.   It does not matter if it is in a different language a word still means the same.  End of story.

Hi Robert, I am glad you have made the connection and hopefully will finally get a chance to obtain one of the grippers as they are really a super safe way to use a tablesaw and other wood cutting machines. It took a while but it will be wworth the wait. I'm glad that the distributor took the time and the information I gave him to find you. As always it is nice to keep in touch. Take care and work safely.

There are literally hundreds of (mostly) American woodwoorking documents scanned into this library - magazines and books, articles, etc.  Some is from the 90's but some as recent at 2010.  Enjoy!

Hello Robert I saw the post of the june 26 where you were still looking for aGrr ripper deales.  Check this out.  This was posted Jun 29.

 Aussie GRR-Ripper Supplier

For those who read my review and were interested in knowing who the aussie supplier would be, I have information that the first batch of GRR-Rippers are on their way to..........

Northwood Tools in Brisbane (www.northwoodtools.com.au)

They will be selling the deluxe GR-200 model, which is probably the one you would want anyway.
I believe the price will be AUD$139.95, which when exchange rates, shipping and aussie taxes are considered is a fair deal.

They will also be stocking the GRR-Ripper DVD for $14.95
Not yet listed on their website but I am assured it will be up online by the time they arrive.

Hope that helps those looking out for it!
