Hello Mike, my cut list was 1-1x8 71inches, 1-1x4 71 inches, 1-1x4 80 inches for the top cap, 12-1x2 17 3/4 inches for slats, 1-1x4 17 3/4 inches for middle slat (The slats are spaced 3 and a half inches apart). I centered the middle slat then used a piece of 1x4 as a spacer. 2-1x4 48 inches as the end posts. I used a 1/2 inch round over router bit to round over edges. Hope this helps.
