Started woodworking in Boy Scouts at age 9. Had a carpentry class in high school which spurred more interest. Self taught by reading and hands on experience. Alot of mistakes made but alot of pleasure and relaxation with woodworking.

Welcome aboard Robert and thanks for offering your friendship. You and I have alot in common, police back ground. I was a deputy Sheriff here in my county spending my 20 yrs. left and started a 2nd career as a cabinet maker and build up a business. Have enjoyed woodworking tremedously and try to be active in the Kreg Jig community. Lots of nice knowledgable and talented ladies and gentlemen here. All have a common addiction, wood dust.and that makes me feel at home. Again welcome and it is a pleasure and an honor to be a friend.
