"With the development of scientific and technological progress, the creation of new means of armed struggle, the military danger to the civilian population has increased many times over. The 20th century was especially characteristic in this regard."

Hi Rob, I did look this type plan on the internet and came up with nothing so I ended up buying it from www.thewinfieldcollectin.com Plan #KF20 I would send it but the plans are full size, the height is 23"tall so I have no way of sending it, sorry. The plans called for Oak and I used Pine, being I new to woodworking, I'm a ex-welder by trade so I'm on Long Term Disabilty until the age of 65 then I can retire and go onto Old Age Pension (Canada). So I took up something that is less forgiving and that I can pick it up as well, with steel I cannot do that LOL. you still have to order the white pot that slides under the hole in the seat from behind, then there is a little cup deflector you add if it is for a male. Chat with you later. Ed Morris from Vancouver Island, BC, Canada
