Wooden Flags, made from Pine. All strips were cut down to 3/4" thickness, 1-1/2" wide. The unions are solid piece. Painted and distressed with a torch and gel stain.

Hello John,

How do you attach the union to the rest of the flag?  Can you post a picture of the backside of these?  I like that you use a solid piece for the union/stars.  How did you get the starts to look so good and are they white?  What gel stain do you use?  Sorry for all the questions, but your flags look so clean and I want to make one just like it.
