what type of paint where you using to get the professional looking cabinet ?
Hope you don't mind my asking. What do you charge for a vanity like this one?
Hey kristen, it's really not as hard as it may seem. If you ever get to the point where you want to build a cabinet this way I can come up with some pictures. I use a beading router bit to make the bead, just like the Kreg one, then rip strips on my table saw and insert them in the faceframes.
Wow--that is stunning--absolutely love it! I wondered if you had the Kreg beading system too. Nice to know you can get results like yours without it (too pricey for my uses) but I think I would need way more experience to achieve what you have done here.
Hey Leo, it's 60 wide, 34.5 tall and 21 deep. It was delivered awhile ago, I don't have the other measurements. I made it taller, the customers wanted a taller than "normal" vanity.
thats a very nice vanity, excellent work in the layout of the drawers and setup cabinet door. Would you share the measurement for the 60inch vanity?
Attractive looking unit.
Thanks Steven, I really appreciate it. As far as the beading bit, that would work, except you have to have a way to cut the bead at a 45 where you would want to attach the other parts of the faceframe. Kind of hard to explain, better to look at Marc Sommerfelds site at his beaded faceframe system or Kregs system. Having only done a few beaded cabinets I didn't spend the money on those systems.
Yes, A really awesome job justin, I have one just like that , in my bathroom, we paid over $2000.00 for it. and this is before i built my wood shop, (of coarse) . I could of easily built it for far less , if i had my wood shop, oh well.. i got a tip that you probably already know, instead of cutting your beads on the table saw, install a beading bit and do your stiles and rails , before assembly, wouldn't that work ?? just a thought.. any ways, keep up the awesome work and of coarse keep posting your projects.. there great .. and (HAPPY WOOD WORKING )

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
