Never seen that type of candle here in the u.k. rita what a great idea, thanks for the pic.
Doing well Mick. I have some time off work coming, a couple of long weekends and a week off in October. Hoping to take that October week and prepare the garage for the cold that will soon follow. You and your wife would love the fake candles. Some look more real than others. My favorites are on built in timers. They come on at the same time each evening and shut off on their own. Here is a pic of some of my favorites. The beauty of these is that you can set them in areas like a enclosed shelf to get the look of a burning candle without the hazards.
Hi rita hows it going? Like jim like too recycle, my wife says its because i do not like paying for wood ha.I too love candles something about the glow they generate when there not setting fire too the curtains ha.My twin bro is getting me some engine crates too make some rustic planters for his garden and a seat[winter project].Did you decide on a solution for insulating your shop/garage?
You are having a lot of fun with your recycles! Like Jim, nice rustic charm. My other love is faux candles. Each evening my home is lit with the glow of burning candles (all on timers). I love the effect without the hazards of open flame.
Thanks jim ,recycle the way too go ha.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
