So here is the completed fence with it's dust collector for the router table I built. I will post additional pictures of the picture frames I have made for Mother's Day and the quilt hanger I made for my wife.
The reason I made the fence from aluminum is because the wood fence I had built ended up warping on me. It just frustrated me that I spent all that time making a wood fence I thought was going to be the cat's meow. It wasn't... I built this fence for less than $50 and that is including the $20 3" hole saw. I got the aluminum at a local recycle place for $10 and the MDF was from a previous closet organizer project. The Formica for the sliding fences was a scrap piece my dad in his shop from an old kitchen remodel, and the only other cost was for the knobs I purchased for adjustments. Bolts I had, but wouldn't cost more than $5 if one had to purchase them. Now I have the fence I wanted. very accurate. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
I'm headed out Monday to do more wood milling to add to my supply.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
