Here is the dust collector piece put together. I could have tig welded it, but decided to show everyone it can be done using just pop rivets. I bent the aluminum by first laying out the pattern on the aluminum and marking it with a Sharpie pen. I then cut the aluminum out with a jig saw. Put blue tape on the bottom of the jig saw so it does not mar the aluminum. To make the bends I cut pieces of 3/4" thick wood to the dimensions off the pattern and clamped the aluminum between them in my vise. After making all the bends I used Kliko's, which are a special spring loaded piece for holding the aluminum together after I drilled the holes. I used a c-clamp to hold the aluminum when drilling then used the spring loaded Kliko to align and hold the piece together before pop riveting it all together.
