If you want to do more for next to nothing use some salvaged pallets and throw a coat of surplus paint on them. People love that kind of stuff.

Comment by Michael Trent on April 25, 2013 at 9:14am: Thanks. We have green beans, carrots, peppers, broccoli and spinach seeds germinating indoors at the moment. Hopefully the temps will stabilize soon so we can get them tranferred to the planter.
