Comment by Kevin P. Thornton on January 20, 2010 at 1:04am: There is a picture of the jig that I made on my page. I have a steam sauna and I used red oak quarter inch thick wood. And I put the wood in the steam sauna for about an hour and a half. Then I went in with my jig and bent the wood around it and then glued it up and clamped it to the jig with about 20 clamps and let it sit for a day.
