I did not want to post this but in hast to put up my second project. But since this is out I will let you all know what this is. At the completion of my last project with my K5 Jig the rubber pad that is part of the clamp assembly was really loose and with a little help it came out. I could hear a nut loose and tried to fix it. Was a bad idea.

The anxiety I felt just I completed my 2nd project  was all for noting. I emailed Kreg directly and  Aaron Hawthrone replied the next day and informed that one was on the way. Love a company  that steps up to the plate. Quick with a  response and solution. 

I was going to post something about it after I got it but it is due tomorrow. I can not wait till I get started on the 3 project.

So if you have a problem with your jig give them a call.
