I missed part of your question, Ken, sorry -- I of course used my Kreg multimark tool throughout and my Kreg mitre gauge to cross cut all of the framing.  The screws in this framing (and the bracing behind the medicine cabinet) are all coated #14 Kreg screws.  And I'm pretty sure the day I laid the floor I was wearing my Kreg t-shirt . . .   ;-)

All of the new bracing installed between the floor joists around where the toilet is, that were needed to replace the rotting subfloor caused by the previous toilet's leaking wax ring, were installed using the Kreg HD jig.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
