Comment by Russell DuShane on May 29, 2015 at 10:33am: Thank you, I really like them myself. I built the stairs using a typical stair stringers. The treads are oak with a dark stain. I used construction adhesive Kreg screws underneath to attach the treads to the stringers and then more adhesive and finishing nails for attaching the risers (white pieces.)
