Here I'm milling a log with a mill I built using a 134cc 2-stroke 820 PowerBee motor. I had to manufacture the clutch assembly. The motor is equipped with carbon fiber reed valves, electronic ignition, and a 1" intake/carburetor. It's making about 17hp with a 2" exhaust. The bar is a 38" so I can mill a fairly wide log. I have some oak logs to do next for local winery.

Thanks Joseph,
Dad taught my brother and I at an early age about safety. He became blind in one eye at an early age and always told my brother and I that, what ever job you plan to do ask yourself, how can I get hurt? Using the mills I have and big chainsaws, I have to be very careful and wear the appropriate ppg.
Just picked up/cut another tree yesterday. I won't mill it until I finish the mill I'm building that I will use for side trimming logs and for quarter sawing. I've been stock piling wood I've been milling for the past two years. Once I get past my third year of milling I will have plenty of wood for projects. My grandson has been asking for him and I to build something else. Don't know what yet...

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
