Comment by Derek on March 19, 2010 at 7:11am: Kim, If I would have had a hole saw that large, I probably would have used that. This way worked well, but with only one blade I could see running into problems with some harder woods. Thankfully I was drilling through plywood so it wasn't an issue!

Comment by Derek on January 16, 2010 at 7:49am: The 'grommet' is actually the piece of metal that goes in the hole's place when done. The grommet organizes the wires for the lamp, phone, etc. on top of the nightstand.
