I have sit about 700 lbs on there and it seems sturdy.  I didn't do the wave, not that daring lol..  I will add more supports to the corners of the legs and then try that.  Overall the 2x for the skirt makes it hold up nicely.  I also put a 1x2 across the center for a little more support.  Thanks for the question.

Have you tried its sturdiness, perhaps with family or friends. Cause if you get about 6 people on there and start doing the wave, do you think it will hold?

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
