Hi Jenny, by any chance do you clean the windows to or are you into fixing them. Maybe if there is a next time you are heading north to Vancouver Island give me a shout and I can show you my windows to clean. LOL Ed Morris

Watch out for the old hardware. I dulled my bit on a corrugated fastener I was not expecting.
