Carl, I don't have the chest at home, it was a gift to my niece, so I can't give you precise measurements from the piece itself.  However, from the plans I used overall dimensions are 39-1/4" wide, 16-3/4" deep and 21-7/8" high.  Mine is probably a different height because I used different feet than called for in the plans.  The plans came from "Best-Ever Woodworking Projects & Shop Tips 2010" from the editors of Wood Magazine.  I'm not sure if it's available for back-order or not.  Incidentally, they built the piece using pine instead of oak and used stub tenon and groove joinery in lieu of pocket screws.  Like most woodworkers I rarely follow printed plans to the letter.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
