Looks good and very functional. Great design with additional storage and the big casters, very handy to keep around the shop. Very lucky Dad!

Hey Jay. I can absolutely attest to its sturdiness.  I was almost jealous gifting away the final product, but I was confident that he'd never complain that it fell apart, which was a genuine concern when selecting a plan.

Brian, excellent looking portable cart with some nice storage.  Like the design alot as it has some good possibilities for making a excellent shop cart or tool stand.  It looks well made being strong and sturdy with the nice large casters.  Thank you for sharing your work.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
