Thanks Steve , I got lucky on this shop ,  my brother had this building sitting  empty right next door to my  property and I was going to build on to my garage , but it was cheaper to buy this  property and building , than add on to my garage ,  now I  have room for the truck and tractors in the garage and a good size shop !!! The most Important thing  Is not the size of your shop , It,s how much you enjoy building  projects and making people happy !!!!!   Wish you the very best of luck  in building the shop of your dreams , when you make your move to Nebraska  !!!!  Thanks again for your complements on my shop and projects , anytime I can help you with one of my projects I will , that is what this site is all about , JIM

Sure have a nice shop James. Now I feel like I'm working out of a cardboard box. Haahaa. Mine is only 9x 16 and no room for storage. Hopefully when I get moved to Nebraska, I'll have a good size, insulated shop I can build storage in for finished projects.
