Holy cow Robert...no kidding on the TS-LS.  I'm hunting up more info as I can from the website and pricing.  Appreciate the info. I bought a few pieces of their miter slider gear to fabricate a 'false table top' for my Craftsman saw (that old wiggle in the miter slot problem) so I've been sold on the Incra name before - but didn't know about this product.

 

Happy New Year, eh?  hard to believe Christmas has come & gone.

First, thank you.
My paint rig is the conversion rig made by Milwaukee that they sell at home depot for 379.00. It's in one of the project pictures. It really doesn't dial down to HVLP pressure but it does dial down. With the lacquer I dialed it down until it started sputtering then just bumped it up until it was steady. I cut the lacquer per Sherwin-Williams specs, 10%.

About the HVLP, I thoroughly researched different rigs and to get profession results that you can count on you're gonna lay down 600.00 or better, here's the most extensive review I could dig up ---http://www.turbinaire.com/images/woodmagazinehlvptest1.pdf -- either the Accuspray, Fuji or the Turbonaire would be my top 3 choices of which I will purchase in the coming year, but right now I have my eyes on the Incra TS-LS Super Fence System . There is not a better, more precise or better time saver than this fence. You really gotta watch all three videos to appreciate it, but I will warn you, you will want it after watching.

Robert - great job...the cabinets look outstanding and I know you're proud.

 

Your paint booth is a great idea...and I'm trying (since I work out of the garage)...so thanks for the Zipwall tip.  I've not heard of it but will hunt them down and purchase.

 

What do you use for a painting system?  I've been thinking about the HVLP systems like Earlex...but was curious what you used or recommended.
