Comment by thetoolnut on August 3, 2012 at 4:53am: One can never have enough clamps as they'd say, the last thing i'd ever want is a glue failure. I probably go over the top with the clamps on my glue ups, but better to be safe than sorry. When i buy a tool i try to buy the best as i want them to last forever and only intend buying something once. A lifetime investment as they'd say, i hope my tools will be in use long after i've gone to the great workshop in the sky. Thanks Robert.

Now I see why you have no bandsaw,

with that collection of upmarket clamps the wallet would be a bit thin on it.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
