These shelves are currently storing over 100 canvasses and framed prints. Took about 6 hours to build. Used a circular saw and straight edge. Pre-finished 3/4 maple plywood. Added wheels (about 4"). Left two bays open for larger sized canvasses. I"m going to add structure across the top of the left hand bay (only need one for oversize).

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
