Bart, thank you. I enjoyed building it. As I told Glen in a previous comment, you can probably find the issue that contains the plans online. Make sure you post pix of yours when you get it done.

Do you have the ability to scan the plans in to share? I do not subscribe to fine woodworking magazine but would love to get a set of these plans. Great work with your stand!

Thank you. Yes, I used a plan from the Fine Woodworking Magazine issue #209 (Winter 2010) - Tools & Shops Annual Issue. I modified it using pocket holes to hide everything. The side wings do fold in to make it more compact when stowed away.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
