This is my finally finished custom cedar Primo XL & BGE grilling cart. The frame is fastened with over 150 Kreg HD screws with another estimated 60 Kreg outdoor screws in sub structures. (4x6 and 4x4 & 2x4 construction) Rolls on six 600 lbs each industrial castors. (Hidden by skirt) Topped off with granite and a patio umbrella. Drawers house Grill grates, Pizza stones off setter plates and all types of grilling set ups for these awesome ceramic grills.

Ken this is an excellent set up. It looks nice and should fit the needs of even the most demanding chef when it comes to a grill. Well thought out and well built. I do like the cabinet style and how it's look fits in with the grilling atmosphere. Very attractive through out . Thank your for sharing.

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
