I recently made a moveable workbench just like this but without the drawer.  Mine is painted green with a white, double-layered, very dense particle board work surface.  Really like the drawer to put all the Kreg stuff in so will put that on the "list". 

I thought the plans were on the Kreg Tools website somewhere that I used...or maybe came with the Kreg tool set.  Mine measures 36 inches on casters to the work surface.

Now it's time to make a drawer for this....
