James,
I dont have any plans for it. i kinda just winged it. if you look at the picture of where the trailer is in the garage, you will see pressure treated wood that is bolted into the box. i made sure that when i built the interior box frame that the "ribs" would lined up where the pressure treated 2x4's would come up. on the inside front I used "L" brackets to hold footer board to the trailer floor. i put a rubber seal around the base of the box to keep the water out. i also had hole to put the 2x4's in and then lag bolted them to it.
the rear swing gate is about the biggest pain in the ass to figure out.
your next thing is to figure out how big you want it. i made it to where i could just lay the sheet of 3/8" plywood right up there and cut down on how many seams i would have. with it being a 5.5x 10 you are going to have a seam running down the middle if you split it. where ever you have a seam just make sure you have a 2x4 to support it along the way, i had a small issues with that and had to do some re-work to make it good. i could probably make some plans up for it.

your welcome and thanks for the comments. do you happen to have pictures of it so i can get a better idea what you are talking about? email is JCas4882@comcast.net. make sure the frame is square when you get it. the back right side and front left is higher than the other sides. you can really see it with the box on. i have yet to find a shop that will mess with trailers. good luck on your project and give me a heads up when you get photos. love to see it

Dear John:
First, thanks for your service! GREAT PROJECT! I just bought an old Cub Cadet Garden Tractor and went to Lowes for the 4' by 6' trailer (great for hauling the little tractor) and I am going to do exactly the same thing on it-only a couplke of feet taller.. GREAT WORK! Wonderful portfolio of projects! The back door might need a wrap around set-up with the weather stripping built into a channel on a frame that surrounds the door. I did soemthing similar in my workshop to isolate my "paint room". Hang in there and GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GREAT PROJECTS!

i am having an issue with the back door being sealed. i am using weather striping and the top and sides have sealed well, the problem is with the bottom. i need to go back to lowes/THD and see what i can find that may work better than what i have done

I am PCSing to Texas from Delaware in September. I will use it for moving, and once i get settled in i will hopefully use it to transport projects. Now i get to start from square one getting my name out as to what i can do with my wood working skills.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
