Took down a wall and replaced it with bookcases, columns, and a beam, tied into neighboring wainscotting. All built with Kreg jig.

Thanks very much for your quick and detailed response!
Thanks, Tom. The cabinet boxes are birch plywood- mostly 3/4". The face frames, and moldings are poplar. Some are stock moldings, some I custom routed out of poplar stock. The wainscot is mostly Trupan MDF with the insets made of Home Depot 1/4" Luan underlayment- like door skins. I had them finished by a pro cabinet painter using Sher-Wood pigmented conversion varnish from Sherwin Williams. Extremely smooth, hard low-gloss milky finish. Color matched to the rest of the trim in my house.
This is very impressive. I am thinking of doing something similar. May I ask what materials you used for construction (all plywood?), and what and how you applied the finish? Thanks!
