looks awesome. I am new to this site, so this will be the first "non kreg package" item I make. The trick is finding decent plywood. I have some old birch 3/4 and the veneer is about 1/8 thick. I bought some new and it is paper thin. It heels very easily when cut, and sanding? Forget it. Thanks!
Thanks Leslee...Just added the steps to the loft bed last night so it is in its final construction stage..then just paint.
As for the sofa table, i did take time doing the top (the base is still natural yet). I stained the top with traditional Cherry (Rustoleum) and added clear coats of poly sanding in between each coat - probably about 5 - 7 coats of poly on it
Anthony, Your top is really beautiful. I see that you really took the time and finished the top carefully not to have any runs or marks on the top with the finish. I should like to see the loft bed when finished. I bet it would be carefully sketched and made to last with care. Thanks for sharing and again nice job.
well thank you very much Jim, Joseph, and Ray! I appreciate the feedback....as well as constructive criticism if needed so I can improve :)
Coffee and end tables are on hold as I am building a loft bed for my son right now lol...you know priorities haha
Once again Anthony, A very Impressive pc. of furniture.
Love this, it looks brilliant.Sofa tables are regarded as prime necessity and are common pieces of accent furniture for all homes.Placing a sofa table behind your couch is a great way to provide display space and a little extra spot for setting a drink. A beautiful sofa table can also provide a great way to dress up the back of your sofa when you need to place it in the center of the room.
Very nice design and sturdy build ,will be watching for coffee and end tables , thanks for sharing , JIM
Thank you, I'm waiting to make a coffee table and end table to match before I finish the bottom (either staining or painting.
Looks great and sturdy sofa table. Like the stained top and the design which allows more storage or shelves. Great that you're able to make beautiful projects for your home.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
