This was my first attempt using pallet wood to make furniture . Got lucky and got some 7’ x 3 ½ “ x ¾” boards of white pine which made it easy to do this project but the pulling nails and sanding and staining and some polyurethane . 100 % recycled wood.

Hi David, These look great and should make someone very happy. This is a new style with two lower drawers which make a excellent chest giving ease of bottom contents. The nice tall chest makes a nice piece of furniture giving excellent grace to the chest. Much better that a shallow box. I like the skirt detail with the inset panel sides.
Least but not last the fact that this is build of recycled wood in a feat in its self. Excellent work as always David. Thank you for sharing these with us.
Thanks guys one of them is for christmas and the other one is sold befor it was finish.
Great job on the chests david ,recycled wood has its challenges .
David , very nice design and finish, amazing what a wood worker can make from pallet wood and crate boards , well done , recycle the way to go and well worth the extra work , thanks for sharing , JIM !!!
