WOW WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was adjusting the clamp on my K3, when it fell into my hand. The lock nut was a little tight, but fell out with very little force on the nut. I emailed Kreg, they responded in less than 24 hours.
They send me a new base free, and came in the mail in couple of days.
Thanks Kreg you guys are the best!!!!
