Ralph, I watch as many as I can find and have time for.  I enjoy the DIY shows as there is a number to pick from.  Since alot of them are re-runs it is hard to find new ones at times.  I, like you, still enjoy This Old House but it is missing alot since Norm Abrams is not there and they have ceased to run shows with remodels of  homes.  Still a good show with alot of good information.  Another is Holmes on Homes.  My all time favorite was the shows, The New Yankee Work Shop, Norman is got the be the best teacher that has graced the tv land
I miss H on H also. Trying to warm to his new show!

I miss Holmes on Holmes.  I don't mind Holmes Inspection in a pinch...I guess when you're as busy as Mike Holmes you can't do everything.  On that note, I prefer Disaster DIY...Brian's hysterical.  Like Justin, watching Renovation Realities is like watching a train-wreck happen....I know it's gonna be bad, I know people are gonna get hurt....but i can't help myself, i NEED to see it

 Hi, Guys.

I like woodsmith, rough cut, and I do really miss Norm. I wish I could is the Woodwright shop. I  really like that guy.

The Woodwright is my favorite. I love to see the old tools and techniques. I use a few myself, but to buy these old tools you have to be a millionaire!
I too miss Norm's show. I enjoy woodsmith right now. The host is a little dry but they do give you some good infomation. Also yard crashers, bath and house crashers too, ( why can't I run into one of these guys at my local hardware store).

I like yard Crashers, if I saw him hanging out in front of a store he would be over my shoulders and on his way to my house. He would not even get those words out " hey what project are you working on".

Soon he would be working on my projects. LOL

my favorite is the woodsmith shop.  my idiotic PBS replaced it with rough cut, which is all but unwatchable.
By far, the Red Green show on PBS is the best home improvement show out there!!

I'm so disappointed that my PBS station decided not to run Norm Abrahms any more. I really looked forward to seeing him on a Sat morning,so much so,that I had my PVR programmed to record him.I have tried to get into Rough Cuts but Tommy Mac gets to me with "ok guys...right or whatever he comes away with. They can bring back Norm any time they like for me.    Ron Bain

Kreg in Venezuela want to sell I want to buy more tools, in Venezuela there Kreger, carpenters jill Kreg ask me a lot ...
DIY Improvement disasters

My opinion, the best replacement for Norm would be George Vondriska at Woodworker's Guild of America I wish he would get a show that he could do in his own style and it would be very good, there is no replacing Norm style though. I am currently making raised panel cabinets and George had an article in American Woodworker from Nov 2004 that I ordered a back-issue of and it is excellent.
