Winners: Weeks 1-3 of the Triton & Kreg Tool Sweepstakes

We've announced the weekly winners of the Triton & Kreg Tool Sweepstakes every week on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/kregjig), but I realized I've neglected to announce the winners here on the Community. Sorry about that!

So far, we've had the following winners:

Week 3: Tari in Ohio won a Triton Oscillating Spindle Sander and a 20"x28" Kreg Universal Bench, awarded on March 25.

Week 2: Nick in Wisconsin won a Triton Belt Sander and Kreg Klamp Vise, awarded on March 18.

Week 1: Phillip in North Carolina won a Triton Dual Mode Plunge Router and a Kreg Precision Benchtop Router Table, awarded on March 11.

So who in the community won and why anit they stepping up or is this like DIY and the facebook page dosent even one project done with a Kregjig on the wall? As for my self I dont care if I win but there are a lot of good folks out there who pad good money for a Kregjig.

So far, one winner came through Facebook  and the other two came through the "micro site" which is set up for the contest. That site is the one that is linked to here on the Community--on the main page. It can also be accessed through the banner that currently appears at the bottom of the screen at www.kregtool.com. If you want to access the site directly for this fourth and final week of the sweepstakes, you can go directly to it at https://promoshq.wildfireapp.com/website/6/contests/318828

The Triton & Kreg Tool Sweepstakes isn't based on projects or photos submitted. It is strictly an "enter for a chance to win" contest. The winners are drawn each week at random by the software application that we are using to administer the sweepstakes. That means the drawing is truly random and everyone who enters has an equal chance of winning, regardless of which entry method they use.

I regularly share the beautiful work done by members of the Kreg Owners' Community on Facebook by posting photos of projects to our wall. I also generally feature at least one project from the Community in the monthly Kreg Plus newsletter. In both cases, I always offer additional links back to the Community to encourage our Facebook visitors to join us in the Community. There is always such fantastic work shown here. The creativity, craftsmanship, and ingenuity shown here continually blow us away.

There is no automatic system that puts photos/projects from the Community onto Facebook, though. So, we love it when members of the Community who are also on Facebook share their work there by either posting it to our wall (www.facebook.com/kregjig) or by posting it on their own wall and tagging us in their post. It's a great way to show off your work, and to help encourage other woodworkers and DIYers to do more, learn more, and to join the Kreg Community so they can benefit from all who post and share here.
