I'm on my third set of replacement guides. Seems like every time I mount the saw on the base, regardless of how careful I am about setting it up to the side block and front, it doesn't line up to the previous tolerance. So I have a tendency to re-position and re-cut the guide.
Wondering if anyone has come up with a way to ensure the saw gets mounted exactly the same way. Or do most folks just dedicate a saw to the base so it doesn't have a chance to change. At this point I'm leaning to the latter.
