Sounds dodgy Richard occasionally we do get the odd spamer/bot on here, must say though that Kreg rep has been doing a great job keeping them at bay.

Oh Yeah welcome to the forum mate, there is plenty of really good information here and the people here are amazing, there is always someone willing to help answer any questions that you may have.

Regards, Al

I got the same thing . Run away ! Don't look back !

Whenever this happens, the best course of action is to send me a Private message so that I can delete this user. Include inthe message a link to the user's page or just copy/paste their email to you in the message itself. This way I can get them removed quickly.

Thank you!

Richard, AKA Dear,

I also received a similar email however the person was wanting my bank details so they could transfer about $750,000 from a refugee camp.

The person was about mid 20s from memory, so I forwarded it to my youngest son, because I thought they would be more comparable age wise, plus I am busy doing wood work and dont need $750,000 or the possibility of a heart attack from some "hot babe".

I wondered later what the result was as I  Imagine how much beer that would provide me with.

My son informed me that it was possibly a scam, rats I was looking forward to a cold beer too!!

Hi Richard;

A number of us received similar emails last summer. One of our members is really good at tracking things like that down. He traced them though 3 or 4 countries and lost the trail in Africa. Another theroy that has recently been suggested to me is that these emails are the work of law enforcement officers, looking for cyber preditors. There were also some links posted that led directly to porn sites.

Send the links to porn sites please

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
