Ridgid tools

I originally bought Ridgid tools for the warranty, well I had to replace batteries. Very easy and got new batteries and chargers. Found out they don't make 24 volt tools any more, so I sent in a hammer drill, impact driver and light for replacement because batteries died. They sent back 18 volt hammer drill, impact driver, light, circular saw, sawzall, batteries and charger as replacement. A week later I also got a brush less impact driver. Just wanted to let everyone know Ridgid really does back up the lifetime warranty and then some. Keep this in mind when getting new tools.

My 10" compound miter table was "dragging" on pivot. I took it to a RIDGID factory authorized dealer & when he looked up my LSA he said it would cost about $60 at the most. Worst case a new saw would be on my door step within 6 weeks. He cleaned & relubed for said price & I brought it home.

RIDGID Lifetime Service Agrement {LSA} is a huge value!!
