I have had my Kreg Jig for 7 to 8 years the drill block holes for adjustin for 3/4 stock has worn.  Here is a picture anyone else had this problem  or suggestions for a fix other than buying a new drill block ?

I would suggest you try to fill the  holes that are damaged with JB weld and drill them out again.

But if the material is like lego blocks a special type of filler glue may be required.

I wonder if the Kreg Rep will pick up on the post, and provide exact accurate information.

Otherwise time for an upgrade?

I ordered a new one its on its way. I have a k4  but only one drill guide I can set  it for 1 1/2 and leave it set up.

I  ordered  a portable guide frame. Much better than other single guide hole jig.  About same price.

I have the R3 guide not single but don't like slipped some times.
