Material I used is 3/4" plywood & 1 1/4" pan-head course screws. I set the collar for 3/4" depth and after I drill pocket hole and I fasten a screw in it just doesn't go into the other material deep enough for a strong joint and the head of the screw is not below surface of pocket hole.
What could I be doing wrong?
Which head screws are better to use for 3/4" and thicker material?
Thanks,
Trevor

I figured out my problem! When I was setting my jig on the wood, I made the hooked edges of the jig sit on top of the wood, not hang over it. That also helps solve my other problem of the jig slipping when I drill. Thank you for the awesome support.
Daniel, glad you have your problem solved on the R 3 , there was a video on set up but has been removed as it was not correct , was for the K5 , hope they have new one to put on , if not there is one under the products section that show you how to use the R 3 , have a great day !!!

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
