Can anybody recommend some nesting software for use with plywood and dimensional lumber? Preferably something that is a free download and is easy to use.

What do you mean by "nesting" software? Are you looking for something to create cutting diagrams?

"nesting" is a term that I use professionally as a solidworks draftsman. It takes drawn shapes and "nest" them on to a sheet in an optimal fashion to minimize waste material. The software we use at my job is in a cnc cutting table & is expensive. Im hoping to find something that I can use at home to optimize my cutting of plywood or dimensional lumber.

Craig, I have heard of Otimize Nesting but never used it. The lowest cost for the software is $16.00 per month, it's web based and generates a manual cut list for both sheet goods and dimensional lumber. There is probably something you could get through sketch up with all the stuff out there.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
